4. Completion of a purchase
Credit card payment is the only form of payment Swarovski accepts for products ordered by you through the Website. Any orders placed by you on this Website constitute a binding offer by you to conclude a purchase with Swarovski. The binding purchase agreement comes into existence only when Swarovski accepts your order on the Website by sending you an e-mail or written communication, or by shipping the products ordered.
When Swarovski is required by law to collect applicable taxes relating to your order, you authorize Swarovski to charge the applicable taxes to your credit card.
6. Reservations and exceptions

11. Limited Warranty
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
In the event of any defects in workmanship or material existing at the time of purchase and arising in an ADORE Jewelry product, Swarovski offers a LIMITED WARRANTY. This limited warranty applies to manufacturing and material defects arising during normal use, for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not apply to products or its parts which are judged by Swarovski to have been subject to abuse, misuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence, incorrect use, improper care or cleaning, normal wear and tear or an accident.
Any ADORE Jewelry product found to be defective under the terms of this warranty and that has been returned in compliance with the requirements above will be either repaired pending repair feasibility and availability of parts, or exchanged, or replaced with the same ADORE Jewelry piece, or substituted with an ADORE Jewelry piece of equal or greater value. In the event of replacement, it cannot be guaranteed that you will receive the exact same product or design.
The statutory legal rights of the end consumer under the applicable law relating to the purchase of consumer goods are not affected by the warranty
To make a claim under this limited warranty, you must return the defective product in its original packaging, and a copy of your receipt. 12. Prohibition of assignment
You may assign your contractual rights under these Terms and Conditions to a third party only with Swarovski's prior written consent.
